We want you feeling grUVy about your grUVywear purchase. But, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
We use the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship and guarantee against all manufacturer defects. If you feel you have received a defective item, please get in contact with us via phone or email and we will gladly process a full refund or an exchange at no cost to you.
How to make a grUVy Return:
1) Please make sure that the product is in its original condition, and all hangtags are still attached, preferably in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above terms.
2) Please complete the information on your packing slip and indicate the reasons for the exchange/return. If you do not have your original packing slip, please fill in the information below.
3) You may use any carrier to return your package. We recommend using a traceable carrier like USPS, FedEx or UPS so you have a tracking number. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package. We cannot be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
4) Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit your card back. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment less any shipping fees, discounts or coupons used if applicable. If you received free shipping and your return causes your original order total to fall below the $99.01 minimum, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund.
How to make a grUVy Exchange:
1) Follow steps 1-3 above and once we receive your return we will ship out your exchange. Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item(s). If any of your requested items are out of stock we will let you know so you can pick something else or request a refund.
2) If you need a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order so it can ship out right away. Send us the item you no longer need and we will refund you once it arrives back to our warehouse.
Take Care of your grUVy product
Please read ourcare instructionscarefully to ensure all items last to their utmost potential. Hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools, lotions and drying garments in direct sunlight can cause fading and affect the integrity of the fabric. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
